Mini porcelain ashtrays in the form of a Native American head, made in Japan, circa early–mid 20th century. Finished in a glossy white glaze these petite pieces measure approximately 2½ inches long.
Originally intended as a novelty ashtray, it now makes a wonderful decorative object, perfect for a desk, vanity, curio cabinet, or styled vignette. Its small scale and sculptural form give it strong visual appeal even when not used functionally.
