SHIPPING/RETURNS + FAQ
Our prices are all listed in Canadian currency.
Items are packaged and shipped three times a week. Canadian packages are estimated to arrive in 5-7 days business days, US 5-10, International packages 7-14.
Please be mindful that shipping from Canada can be more costly. We keep this in mind with our calculations and appreciate your understanding. In order to keep our shipping costs down, tracking and insurance are only included within Canada. If you require tracking and insurance outside of Canada, we can happily assist you -- please contact us prior to your shipping confirmation email.
Items that have been shipped become the responsibility of the postal system and once shipped, they are out of our hands. If you have any questions, please contact us at paula@blackbirdvintage.com
I understand that this can be frustrating. We are a small independent brick + mortar first, and very new to online. If something comes to you damaged, please email us at paula@blackbirdvintage.com or call us (416) 681-0558 within 48 hours of receiving the parcel as we are not responsible for lost, broken, or unclaimed packages. If something has arrived damaged or not as expected we will do our best to resolve the issue immediately. Items that are damaged in transit are not our responsibility but we can assist by providing you with an insurance claim via Canada Post in order for you to recoup your funds. Sold items are packaged to the highest standard and are in mint condition upon leaving the shop.
