SHIPPING/RETURNS + FAQ

Our prices are all listed in Canadian currency.

Items are packaged and shipped three times a week. Canadian packages are estimated to arrive in 5-7 days business days, US 5-10, International packages 7-14.

Please be mindful that shipping from Canada can be more costly. We keep this in mind with our calculations and appreciate your understanding. All items are shipped with tracking and insurance.  Items that have been shipped become the responsibility of the postal system and once shipped, they are out of our hands. Do we accept returns/exchanges? 
Please contact us within 7 days if there are any issues with your order. We offer exchange or store credit only, no refunds. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you are looking to exchange an item we only cover shipping costs if there was a mistake on our end, otherwise all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase is required for any returns or exchanges. Personal care items, earrings and sale items are all final sale. Email us or call us (416) 681-0558 if something has arrived damaged or not as expected and we will do our best to resolve the issue immediately. Items that are damaged in transit are not our responsibility but we can assist in a claim through Canada Post.

Are there duties and fees? 
Depending on where you live, you may my subject to duties and brokerage fees that are out of our control. Once an items leaves the shop, it is in the hands of postal conditions within your region which we cannot keep track of.
