Antique 19th Century "Little Mae" Brown Transferware Children's Teapot and Sugar Jar with Lids! So sweet that children would have their own little fun tea sets in Victorian England - and apparently "Little Mae" was a popular motif - this set depicts Little Mae with an apron full of eggs in front of a thatched cottage.
Made by Charles Allerton Staffordshire c1890 in excellent condition. Teapot is 5 1/2" tall. Sugar Jar is 4 1/2" tall.
