Sweet early 1900s lithographed tin candy box featuring two little Dutch girls in white caps, arms around each other with sailboats in the distance.
Original hinged book-style tin with oval chromolithograph, olive green and gold border with rosette details. Beautiful age wear and patina — light spotting, edge wear and litho crazing consistent with age, hinge works well.
Perfect as a keepsake box, trinket tin, or shelf styling piece. A lovely example of Edwardian children's advertising art.
