A magnificent antique store counter display tin from Sweden's famed Göteborgs Kex Fabrik (Gothenburg Biscuit Factory). This is the shopkeeper's bulk biscuit bin, not a home tin — made to sit on a general store counter with its original beveled glass window so customers could see the biscuits inside.

Incredible lithography in navy, mustard yellow and gold. Features the royal coat of arms with "KUNGL. HOF LEVERANTÖR" (Royal Court Supplier), a chain of award medallions, wheat sheaves, and the iconic GK monogram on all four corner panels. The top repeats the branding.

Founded in 1888 in Kungälv outside Gothenburg, Göteborgs Kex became Sweden's most beloved biscuit maker — this tin dates to the 1910s-1920s golden age of lithographed advertising tins.

A true collector's piece and stunning decorative storage.

Good antique condition with beautiful patina. Lithography is strong with expected wear, scuffs, and surface rust to edges and lid consistent with 100+ years of shop use. Glass window is intact.
