Wonderfully timeworn bisque puppet heads sourced in Bruges, Belgium—one of Europe’s oldest centres for puppet theatre. Dating to the late 19th or early 20th century, these small character heads were once part of a glove or marionette puppet used in travelling performances.
Hand-moulded in bisque with painted features, the figure shows its age beautifully: softened paint, small chips, and surface wear that speak to decades of storytelling. Haunting little relics with incredible presence.
