This is a Britta series plate produced by Gefle Porslinsfabrik, designed in 1912 by Georg Kristian Asplund. The blue-and-white floral decoration with ribboned motifs and a scalloped rim reflects early 20th-century Scandinavian design, bridging late Art Nouveau elegance with emerging Nordic modernism.
Marked “BRITTA Gefle” on the reverse. The surface shows consistent antique crazing, typical and desirable for Gefle wares of this period.
