Small Antique Sainsbury’s Potted Meats Crock. These little Antique, English advertising pots were used to store potted meat and were made for the English Grocer J. Sainsbury and date back to around 1910. They were designed to be used and thrown away. Luckily some have survived and they now make lovely little statement pieces of Kitchenalia.
