Tiny tabletop frame decorated in relief with putti, flower garlands and cartouche in the neo-Renaissance style, signed "Ruffony" in the cast lower right, behind convex glass a circular sepia photo of a young boy with spectacles.
Material: non-magnetic metal, probably brass alloy, front probably silver-plated. The frame measures approx 3”w x 4”h. The photo is 1-1/2”d. Wire is bent on the back as a stand and is stamped with the manufacturer's information "GALB-EMAIL" BTE. SGDG - FABRICATION FRANÇAISE - No. 72,
